Head Coach Peter Moores was positive about Nottinghamshire’s position following a hard-fought draw against Surrey at Trent Bridge.

Moores praised his charges for the way they approached the arm-wrestle of an encounter between the two sides.

He was particularly strong in his review of the performances of Liam Patterson-White, Ben Duckett, and Joe Clarke, but noted important contributions by every member of the squad.
