We have been working with the ECB as they endeavour to find the best possible plan for international cricket this summer in response to the ongoing situation with COVID-19.
We sincerely hoped to welcome our supporters for England's One-Day International against Ireland this year.
However, it has now been confirmed that this fixture can no longer take place at Trent Bridge as originally planned.
Ticket purchasers have been contacted via email and have the option to keep the value of their ticket(s) as credit to spend on international cricket at Trent Bridge in 2021, or obtain a refund.
We have collated the answers to a selection of frequently asked questions below. If your question isn’t answered, or if you haven’t received your email, kindly contact our friendly team by email at refunds@nottsccc.co.uk.
I want to keep credit in my online account and receive access to tickets for 2021. How do I do this?
No action is required. If we don’t hear from you before 11.59pm on Tuesday 21 July, the value of your ticket(s) will automatically be credited to your online account in due course.
The value of your purchase can be used against tickets for Trent Bridge's 2021 Test Match and/or International T20 fixture.
What internationals are taking place at Trent Bridge in 2021?
- England v India, Test Match
- England v Pakistan, International T20
Scheduling for our 2021 matches is yet to be confirmed, but we will contact you directly to outline the purchase process as soon as we receive the dates of our fixtures from ECB. Those who accept credit will receive priority access before any ballot or general sale takes place.
Can I use my credit to purchase other products?
No. Credit within your ticketing account can only be used to secure seats for international matches at Trent Bridge in 2021. It does not apply to membership, domestic tickets or retail products.
I don’t want credit on my online account or priority access for 2021 tickets. How do I claim a refund?
If our 2021 international fixtures aren’t for you, ticket buyers can of course claim a refund for the full value of their ticket(s).
If you are a ticket purchaser and wish to obtain a refund at this stage, simply complete our online Ticket Refund Form before 11.59pm on Tuesday 21 July.
You will need your Booking Reference number to claim a refund, which can be found at the top of the email confirmation you will have received from either noreply@nottsccc.co.uk or questions@nottsccc.co.uk shortly after completing your purchase.
Details of the refund process have been sent to all ticket buyers via email. If you are yet to receive your email and you don't know what to do next, please contact us via refunds@nottsccc.co.uk.
If you do not complete our online form by Tuesday 21 July, you will automatically receive credit to your ticketing account, and the added benefit of priority access for our international fixtures in 2021 will be bestowed in due course.
However, a second refund window will be opened once the dates of our 2021 international fixtures are confirmed, giving you a further opportunity to apply for a refund if it transpires that you cannot attend.
If you have any questions, kindly contact us by email via refunds@nottsccc.co.uk.
If I fill in the Ticket Refund Form, when will I receive my refund?
We’ll get the refund process moving as quickly as we can, but it may take a few weeks for us to work through our orders.
Via what method will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment card.
If your card is no longer in use, or if you paid via an alternative method, we will contact you to arrange your refund.
Can I claim credit for some of my tickets and claim a refund for others?
No. In order for us to administer the credit and refund process robustly, your tickets for our 2020 internationals will need to either be credited or refunded in their entirety.
I have purchased car parking for international cricket. Do I need to claim a refund for this?
Car parking purchased for our internationals will automatically be refunded to the original payment card. You need not take any action.
If your card is no longer in use, or if you paid via an alternative method, we will contact you to arrange your refund.
