India have won six successive matches in the ICC Cricket World Cup; but Suresh Raina insists their tournament starts here ahead of tomorrow's Quarter Final.

The reigning champions face Bangladesh in their last eight tie which starts at 3.30am UK time at the MCG. And after maintaining a 100% record during the group stages, Raina is relishing the onset of knockout action.

"People are really pumped up for the quarter-finals," he said. We have done really well in the last six games. It's the quarter-final stage now, you don't have much room for error.

"You just need to do everything right, whether you're bowling, batting or fielding. The main World Cup is going to start here.

"All the games in the quarter-finals are going to be in pressure situations. We just need to go there and play to what we have in the dressing room.

"We have played a lot of matches against them (Bangladesh) and we just need to play positive cricket."

In the opposition camp, Shakib Al Hasan is drawing inspiration from a surprise victory over MS Dhoni's men at the tournament eight years ago.

"I think we played fearless cricket in 2007 and we all want to play that brand of cricket that we played," Shakib said.

"And, so far in this World Cup, I think we're doing it. If we do exactly what we did against England or New Zealand, I think we'll have a very good game.

"It depends on the day, we need to start well. If we keep doing that and we keep the momentum in our favour then anything is possible.

"India have a very good team, they are the defending world champions, they've got some world class players but we're doing well in this World Cup, our confidence is high enough and we're up for the match.

"Obviously, on pen and paper, India is a better team than Bangladesh, no-one has any doubt about it.

"But on the day it's a one-off game and if we have a good day and they have a bad day, you never know."
