Nottinghamshire prospects Seb Menzhausen and Joey Evison have been picked to represent the Midlands in the ECB's Young Lions Super 4s this year.

It is just the latest ECB recognition for Evison, who was picked to represent the England Young Lions in Ireland, India and Bangladesh throughout July and August as part of Jon Lewis' U19 setup this summer.

Menzhausen, meanwhile, has made his first forays into the Notts Second XI setup this year, having made two appearances.

Now in its seventh year, the Super 4s tournament allows players from England and Wales to compete for their region in order to impress coaches, scouts and selectors who will be watching on.

The players will take the field in Loughborough on Saturday in an attempt to showcase their skills against international-quality young players from across the country.

There are two further opportunities to catch the Outlaws in T20 action at Trent Bridge this summer, with the next opportunity coming as part of a double-header on Sunday 25 August. The Outlaws' clash against Yorkshire Vikings will be preceded by Loughborough Lightning v Lancashire Thunder in the Kia Super League.
