Nottinghamshire Assistant Coach Kevin Shine says the Green and Golds squad have had some tough conversations this week after back-to-back losses in the Bob Willis Trophy.
Having competed, and been on top, for large portions of both fixtures against Derbyshire and Yorkshire, Shine says the manner of the defeats has been one of the most disappointing elements of the season.
With games coming thick and fast in the revised 2020 format, Nottinghamshire line up against Lancashire from Saturday, and Shine is challenging the players to win the critical moments in the contest.
