Stuart Broad is set to be Simon Hughes’ guest in his ‘virtual cricket club’ this Thursday, with proceeds from the event going to the Professional Cricketers’ Trust.

Broad, whose haul of 29 wickets in five matches saw him named the PCA’s Test Player of the Summer earlier this month, will join Hughes from 7pm on Thursday, with attendees given the opportunity to put their questions to the Notts paceman and win signed memorabilia.

Hughes, currently editor of The Cricketer Magazine, has recently welcomed England Test captain Joe Root and Middlesex Managing Director Angus Fraser to his virtual club.

Individuals interested in signing up, with attendance at four virtual events costing £6, can visit www.patreon.com/theanalyst1.
