Samit Patel praised the character of the Outlaws squad as the Green and Golds secured their third consecutive victory, and their first of the tournament at Trent Bridge.

In a 15-over encounter, the Outlaws won by two runs as Patel completed the 250 wicket / 5,000 run T20 milestone with the wicket of Matt Critchley, becoming only the sixth man to achieve the feat in the world game.

The 36-year-old's 2-14 from three overs was coupled with a 32-ball unbeaten 64 as he lifted the Outlaws to 152-6. Watch his full reaction above.
