A Nottinghamshire County Championship shirt signed by members of this year’s title-winning squad heads up the lots on offer at the 2025 Trent Bridge Community Trust Christmas auction.

The charity auction will be delivered on the online bidding platform of Nottinghamshire and The Blaze sponsors, John Pye Auctions, with last year’s effort raising over £5,700.

The framed shirt has been signed by those who appeared in the glorious campaign of 2025, which ended with the Green and Golds being crowned champions for the first time in 15 years.

Among the signatories are England regulars Ben Duckett and Josh Tongue, captain and leading-run scorer Haseeb Hameed, and top wicket-taker Brett Hutton.

There is also the opportunity to bid on a wide range of other lots, including three further signed shirts from the Outlaws’ and The Blaze’s 2025 campaigns, signed bats from both teams, and several exclusive experiences across the 2026 season.

Winning bidders on physical items will be able to collect in time for Christmas, from John Pye Auctions’ headquarters in New Basford.

All proceeds raised from the Christmas auction will go to the Trent Bridge Community Trust, which continues its aim of giving a sporting chance to everyone in the community.

Initiatives operated by the Trust include Positive Futures, which takes a prevention-based approach to improving the behaviour and raise the aspirations of young people, through one-to-one mentoring and group activities.

Forget Me Notts, meanwhile, supports individuals who are living with dementia by offering physically and mentally stimulating activities in a safe space, and also facilitates a network of peer support for carers.

“Our annual Christmas auction is a key fundraiser for us, and we are so grateful for all the support we receive from it,” said Mandy Wright, Head of the Trent Bridge Community Trust.

“As with every Christmas initiative, it presents an opportunity to take a moment and think of all those who are less fortunate, and how we can use our platform to support those in need.

“Many of these lots make an ideal gift for a cricket lover, and we look forward to utilising everything that is raised to provide a helping hand across our local area in 2026 and beyond.”
