Sam Seecharan made 42 but couldn't prevent Middlesex from taking the spoils in their Second XI Championship clash at Lady Bay.
Seecharan's runs came from 51 balls as Notts sought to recover from 7/3 in their second innings, with Matt Montgomery (25), Dane Schadendorf (27) and Conor McKerr (25) also making contributions.
The hosts made 160 before being dismissed - the highest score of the fixture - to leave Middlesex needing 106 to win.
Despite two wickets for Tom Giles, and a scalp apiece for McKerr and Brett Hutton, the visitors reached their target after 16 overs, with six wickets to spare.
