Book advance parking at Bridge Field (NG2 6AP), a few hundred yards from Trent Bridge. Car park passes, priced at £10 for Nottinghamshire members and £12 for non-members, can be reserved here...
Paid-for parking can also be found on the Victoria Embankment. Please access the Embankment (NG2 2GJ) via Queens Drive/ Riverside Way to the West.
The Queens Walk, Meadows Embankment and Nottingham Station tram stops within 20 minutes' walk of Trent Bridge.
Park and ride facilities are available at Clifton South (17-minute tram travel time) and Toton Lane (31-minute tram travel time).

Regular bus travel is available to the ground, with bus stops situated on Bridgford Road and Radcliffe Road.
Nottingham Station can be found a 20-minute walk from the ground, with public transport and taxis available.

We recommend using Musters Road (near the Bridgford Road Stand) or Radcliffe Road as taxi pick-up/ drop-off points.
Supporters are welcome to chain their bikes to the fence on the Bridge Field Car Park on Bridgford Road. Please bring a chain to secure your bike.
Bike parking will be available from two hours before scheduled start times until an hour after close of play.

Supporters in the Family Stand will find yellow flags waiting on their seats and will be invited to raise them together as the action begins, creating a yellow wall across one of Trent Bridge’s most recognisable stands.
Fans throughout the ground will also be encouraged to roar on the Rockets and help create a wall of sound worthy of the opening matchday of the summer.
In the interval between the men’s and women’s games, a ceremonial Launch Ball will officially signal lift-off, with a special guest delivering the ball to a Rockets batter shortly before play begins.

Popular DJ Charlie Burley and host Sam Hurst are back this summer, alongside Rising Host Jack Fletcher, for each and every matchday in The Hundred at Trent Bridge.
Sam was The Hundred Rising host for Trent Bridge in 2023, before becoming the main host for Rockets games the following summer. Charlie has been the Rockets DJ ever since the competition began in 2021, with his energetic performances making him a firm favourite with the Rockets faithful. Born in Nottingham and a Trent Rockets fan, Jack lives a matter of minutes from Trent Bridge, and this is his first year as host at the venue.

All bars and stalls will be cashless, with payments accepted by card or mobile device.
You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drink, but please do not bring alcohol into the ground, or anything in glass containers.
An extra £1 hire fee charged on your first drink of the day will cover the cost of washing your cup for re-use, while you will receive a fresh eco-cup at no extra cost when returning your cup to make a new drinks purchase.
By dropping your cup into a deposit bin at the end of your visit, you will play your part in helping us to reduce plastic waste by ensuring cups can be re-used on future matchdays.
Hydration stations are available around the ground for your own refillable water bottles.
Simply connect to _Trent Bridge Free Wi-Fi from the available list of wireless networks and follow the sign-in or login instructions.
Rockets merch and goodies are available in our club shop, behind the Radcliffe Road Stand, with a selection also available in smaller shops in the TBI Courtyard, Bridgford Road concourse and Acrisure Stand.

While members have been invited to return to the Pavilion seating for The Hundred, the building's redevelopment is not yet complete, and players' dressing rooms are in the Radcliffe Road Stand.
Toilet facilities will be available behind the Pavilion.
If temperatures are predicted to be high, please take sensible precautions to remain sun-safe throughout your visit to Trent Bridge.
Stay hydrated
Water refill points will be available around the ground, and we recommend bringing a refillable bottle with you.
Use sun protection
Apply high-factor sun cream before arriving and reapply during the day, particularly if you are seated in direct sunlight.
Dress for the weather
Light, loose-fitting clothing and sunglasses will help you stay cooler and better protected from the sun. Caps or wide-brimmed hats are essential.
Take breaks from the sun
Spend time in shaded or covered areas, particularly during the hottest part of the day.
Look out for others
Please keep an eye on friends, family and fellow spectators, especially children, older visitors and anyone who may be more vulnerable in hot weather.
Seek help if you feel unwell
If you feel dizzy, faint, sick, unusually tired or overheated, please speak to a steward or member of staff straight away. Our medical and stewarding teams will be on hand throughout the match.
Wristbands will be available from our gate stewards or volunteers. On the reverse side of your wristband, just complete the following information, which will be hidden from view: Parent / guardian's name, contact phone number whilst in the ground and your stand and seat location. These details will help a steward reunite you should your child become lost around the ground.
Designated family seating areas are available within the Bridgford Road Stand and section of the Radcliffe Road Stand.
Within our family stand, the Bridgford Road Stand, we have an area exclusively for those who do not wish to consume alcohol. Alcohol-free beers are allowed within this area, servied in our normal eco-cups.
If you need help or would like to report an issue at any point, please speak to the nearest member of staff, steward or volunteer immediately, so they can sensitively assist. If you’d rather not talk to anyone personally you can send an SMS to 88440, starting your text with ‘Notts,’ saying your stand and seat number and your reason for assistance.
Our designated private baby feeding room is available for families to use in the Radcliffe Road Stand on level 0, next to reception. This space includes baby change accessories, a comfortable feeding chair, microwave, calming projector and TV showing the match. If you'd like to use our room just speak to one of our friendly team at the Radcliffe Road Reception.
Those needing to express can do so within our feeding space and are also able to store their milk within a refrigerator.
Babies can of course be breastfed within our stands, while mothers enjoy the cricket.

This brand new room within the Radcliffe Road Stand on level 0, next to reception, is available for those with sensory processing needs (especially for our younger visitors), that need a quiet calm place to retreat away from the pyros, music and cheering crowds.

On all matchdays, a limited number of Trent Bridge sensory bags will be available to borrow, and can be collected from the Radcliffe Road Reception or Ticket Office. Our bags include ear defenders (in children’s or adult sizes), binoculars, fidget items and a set of emotion cards.
You're welcome to park buddies in our bicycle rack facilities, behind the Radcliffe Road and Bridgford Road stands.
Toilet facilities will be open and signposted around the ground, with stewards on hand to guide you to your nearest facility. These will include a Mobiloo accessible toilet, with an adult-sized changing bench and a hoist, situated near the Radcliffe Road West Gate.
Please note that some of our accessible toilet facilities do require a radar key to enter so kindly ask a volunteer or steward if you'd like to borrow one.

Most of our accessible toilets around the ground are fitted with NKS (radar) locks to provide disabled people independent use to locked public toilets. Don't worry if you forget your key, one of our stewards or volunteers will be equipped with one.
An accessible toilet with an adult-sized changing bench and a hoist is available just outside the Radcliffe Road West Gate.
We are able to offer, subject to availability, wheelchair spaces in the Hound Road Stand (upper and lower tiers), the Radcliffe Road Stand (lower and middle tiers), the Bridgford Road Stand (pitch level and raised platform), and in front of the Larwood & Voce Stand. You'll also find electric wheelchair charging points at the top of the Bridgford Road Stand. Ambulant attendees with disabilities are welcome across the range of stands and areas, dependent on personal requirements.
Both wheelchair and ambulant ticket buyers are charged at their appropriate age-related price for the event they wish to attend and stand they sit in.
If you are in receipt of the higher or middle rate for care or mobility of Disability Living Allowance from the Department for Work and Pensions, or the enhanced rate of PIP (Personal Independence Payment), then a companion's ticket may be issued free of charge if requested. The Ticket Office will ask to see evidence of this before purchase.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer accessible parking on-site during matchdays. Should you wish to drop passengers off near our gates before parking, we recommend using the area at the top of Musters Road just behind the memorial garden, 50 yards from the Dixon Gate.

If you have pre-booked a parking space in one of our event car parks, please speak to a steward on arrival and request a space close to the exit if you have an accessibility requirement.
The majority of the ground has flat level access throughout. Some seating areas do have a number of steps with no access to handrails, including the Bridgford Road Stand, Hound Road lower and the middle and lower tiers of the Radcliffe Road Stand. There is no lift access to the Acrisure Stand, with entry only via a number of steps.
Lifts are available in the Radcliffe Road Stand, Hound Road Stand and the Bridgford Road Stand (in the office block, allowing access to the wheelchair viewing points).
Access to the Ticket Office is via a small step of approximately ten centimetres. Please contact a steward if you need to use a ramp to enter. The main ticket office does not have a dropped counter, but an additional ticket office on Bridgford Road, next to the Trent Bridge Inn, has a low-level service counter and hearing loop on each window.
Low-level service counters are available at Keeton's Corner, located in between the Radcliffe Road and Acrisure Stands, and the Radcliffe Road West bar within the Radcliffe Road Stand on level 3.
Large format menus are available from all of our food and drink outlets and can be requested from a member of staff on the day.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and Halal-certified food options are available around the ground. Please inform a member of staff should you have a particular dietary need and require further information on their cooking processes. You are welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks in cans, plastic or cardboard containers, but please avoid metal cutlery or glass containers.

You are welcome to exit the venue during the course of your visit to explore the surrounding area. Please check in with a steward as you leave in order to be permitted re-entry.
Our stewards will be on hand to ensure you are safe and secure throughout your day at Trent Bridge and should be your first port of call if you see anything that you may consider dangerous or suspicious.
We ask that you travel light and bring only essential items. Bags are best left at home although we do allow small ones through the gates. Your bags will be searched upon entry, so please arrive in good time.
Designated smoking areas are assigned in various concourse areas, but smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in these areas.
In the event of cancellation or curtailment of play due to adverse weather, the following refund policy will automatically be in place. Please allow up to 60 days for the refund to reach you.
This policy applies only to paid-for match tickets. Hospitality bookings, including those in the Hundred Club and other hospitalty packages are subject to our hospitality terms and conditions.
