HEALTHY HEARTS PROGRAMME GOES ONLINE
The Trent Bridge Community Trust is launching an online version of its popular Healthy Hearts programme.
The project, designed for children in primary school and the first years of secondary education, engages participants in understanding the importance of a healthy lifestyle, incorporating physical activity, nutrition and diet.
During the coronavirus crisis, the Trust will be offering the course live online via Zoom, with children invited to take part in five one-hour activity sessions helping them to:
- Understand more about how their heart works and take their pulse.
- Discover how exercise and diet play a central role in the health of their hearts and their bodies.
Children will receive a complimentary booklet to accompany the programme, and will be issued with a certificate on completion.
If your child is interested in the programme, please complete the below form. Dates and times for each session will be arranged after you have registered your interest.
