Notts Outlaws make their maiden appearances at home in the 2021 Royal London Cup this weekend, with the opportunity to contest the 50-over final on home turf serving as a clear source of motivation.

Tickets for the inaugural staging of the Royal London Cup Final at Trent Bridge are on general sale now, with the clash taking place on Thursday 19 August from 1pm.

The fixture offers all 18 First-Class counties their first opportunity to secure silverware this season.

Tickets for the occasion, priced from £20 for adults, £10 for under 21s and £1 for under 16s, are available here.

“In its various guises over the years, cricket’s limited-overs cup final has provided a fine stage for a host of historic on-field exploits – and unforgettable memories for those watching on in the stands,” said Nottinghamshire’s Commercial Director Michael Temple.

“We’re proud to have now taken the baton as custodians of the 50-over showpiece for its next chapter.

“Of course, we hope to be welcoming the Outlaws to their home turf to emulate the feats of Hadlee, Hemmings and Hales in finals gone by – and, as we've seen already, the talented class of 2021 will be giving it their all to make that a reality.”

Somerset entered the 2021 Royal London Cup as defending champions after securing the title in 2019, with Notts’ most recent success coming in an Alex Hales-inspired victory over Surrey in 2017.

Notts began their 2021 campaign with a resounding victory over Warwickshire at Edgbaston, with the Outlaws' maiden home fixtures at Welbeck Cricket Club taking place this weekend.
