A local Nottingham-based organisation who host unforgettable street food events across the city, including Notts Street Food Festival taking plcae twice a year on our vey own concourses. Running regular pop-ups and season outdoor events, the team at Notts Street Food work hard to bring you some of the best street food in the region - ranging from vegan Tex-Mex, fried chicken, Middle-Eastern mezze, sweet treats and everything in between.

Sauce Shop
A local Nottingham business, Sauce Shop have just been announced as Trent Bridge's Official Sauce Partner as well as a Presenting Partner of the Fireworks Nights. They began their journey metres away from Trent Bridge in 2014, and since then they've gone from strength to strength in the world of condiments - with all sauces made with natural ingredients and craft processes.
