Nottinghamshire’s ticket allocation for Vitality Blast Finals Day has sold out after demand among Members of the Club outweighed the Club’s allocation.

Notts Outlaws will face Worcestershire Rapids in the opening semi-final with an 11am start at Edgbaston on Saturday 21 September.  The Final gets underway at 6.30pm.

“With Finals Day being a sell-out proposition at Edgbaston each year, counties that reach the last four receive only a very limited allocation,” said Nottinghamshire Commercial Director, Michael Temple.

“When it came to making that allocation available to our supporters, our Members were our first priority.

“It’s testament to their passion for the Club that the tickets were so in demand. I know the team can’t wait to acknowledge their support on the day.

“With the ballot having allocated the tickets at random, my sympathies are with those that entered and were unsuccessful and with our Season Ticket holders following their loyal support throughout the Vitality Blast campaign.

“I hope all those people get the opportunity to watch, listen or follow coverage of the action on the day and enjoy the occasion nonetheless.”

Tickets for successful ballot entrants have now been dispatched in the post.

All four counties – Notts Outlaws, Worcestershire Rapids, Derbyshire Falcons and Essex Eagles - are expected to fill their allocations.
