 Increasing the number of women and girls playing cricket

Nottinghamshire Girls Development Centres

This programme is the bridge between girls' club cricket and the Nottinghamshire pathway programme. It is an opportunity for aspiring players to continue developing their cricket skills throughout the off season with our experienced coaches.

There are centres in both the north and the south of the county.

Nottinghamshire Girls Development League

The Nottinghamshire Girls Development League is a competitive summer hardball club league for girls. There are leagues for U13 pairs and U15 cricket, both are 8-a-side and played in ‘The Hundred’ format.

In addition to the above there is a transitional 'incrediball' offer and a stand alone U19 Girls The Hundred competition being played during the summer holiday period.

Summer Kwik Cricket League

Girls U11 KWIK cricket is played on Sunday mornings across the county during the summer months in the Nottinghamshire Club Kwik Cricket Competition. 

This is a great introduction to competitive cricket for girls starting their journey.

Vitality Girls U13 & U15 Club T20
